Promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace
Discussions and training provided and encouraged that cover topics such as bias, prejudice, confidence and imposter syndrome etc
Develop strategies to recruit talent from diverse backgrounds. So far, we’ve:
- Diversified where we source applicants (referral, website, linkedin and recruiters)
- Changed our remote working policies to recruit from more countries within reasonable timezones
- Rewrote our job description to have gender-neutral language using the gender decoder tool
- Took steps to remove unconscious biases during the interview process (adjustments offered, phone calls on first meet, interviewed by multiple people)
Culturally sensitive promotional materials
Ensuring our language, case studies and content is inclusive and respectful.
Survey employees
