Each permanent employee will have access to a $200 AUD book budget, this can be spent on any types of books/ebooks or even put towards an e-reader

While there is the possibility of other budgets being put towards learning and education it comes down to a few things:

• Is it a good investment?
• Does Human benefit from the fact that you are spending time and money on learning and development?
• Does this fit in your personal development path at Human?
• Does it match personal goals?
• Does it match the role and responsibilities?
• Would you spend the money on this if it was your own?
