• Referral bonuses are offered once the new team member is hired and has been with Human for 3 months.
  1. Any position = $1000 for full-time employment
  2. Difficult to fill roles (e.g high demand, scarcity of skillset, seniority) = $2000 for full-time employment or contractors over 6 months
