Hello Human will encourage and support employees on their feeding preferences.

We will make the necessary adjustments to support the employee to continue breastfeeding their child when they return to work. This may include:

• The necessary breaks to feed and express
• Providing a supportive environment
• Support employees who are breastfeeding
• Where we have a dedicated office space, provide a private, clean space to feed or express milk
• Where we have a dedicated office space, provide adequate access to refrigerator space for milk storage
• Educate staff that a mother may breastfeed her infant wherever they have the legal right to.

Should a breastfeeding employee have any issues or concerns they can contact their manager or James Cooke regarding this policy or amendment of this policy
